Privacy policy

Zorvane (“we”, “us”) runs www.zorvaneconsulting.com. For anything about your personal information, email hello@zorvaneconsulting.com.

When you contact us. The diagnostic form asks for your name, company, an email address or WhatsApp number, the software you use and what takes your team the most time. We use it only to reply to you and arrange the conversation you asked for.

When you browse. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location (city or country). It sets cookies to tell visits apart. We use this to see which pages are useful, not to identify you.

In the live demos. The demo apps run in your browser and use fictional sample data. What you type or click in them is not sent to us. Your browser remembers the sample region you picked.

We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

These services handle data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase): Hosts the website and the database that stores contact requests
• Resend: Sends us an email when a contact request arrives
• Google Analytics: Measures how visitors use the website
• Google: Signs in Zorvane team members to the internal admin area

Some of these services store data outside your country, including in the United States or the European Union.

We keep contact requests for up to two years after our last conversation with you, unless you become a client, and delete them sooner if you ask. Google Analytics keeps detailed visit data for up to 14 months.

• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw your consent to us contacting you at any time.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.

Email hello@zorvaneconsulting.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

When we build or run software for a client, the client’s business data is covered by a separate written agreement with that client, not by this page.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
